Our stay unfortunately got off to a very bad start. Upon arrival, we had to wait in the lobby for 30 to 40 minutes before getting our key, with no help whatsoever with our luggage, despite the advertised luggage storage service. Once in the first room, the situation was unacceptable: no electricity and a dirty (uncleaned) toilet. We tried to fix the problem ourselves, without success. After contacting the staff, we had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to come. Communication with the hotel was difficult throughout our stay: slow responses and the need to follow up several times to get help. We were eventually moved to a different room, but this took even longer (about another 30 minutes), and it disrupted our entire day since we had to return to the hotel to make the change. Positive points: The second room (or apartment) was quite large and fairly clean. Conclusion: An overall disappointing experience, especially considering the numerous problems encountered upon arrival and the lack of responsiveness from the staff.

The first thing they did was to ask for a deposit. There was no front desk and I didn't even see the guest room. Who would dare to give him a deposit? Facilities: Very old and shabby, like second-hand furniture bought at a junk market
