I stayed for over 20 days and left. The price on December 31st was too expensive. The environment is still as good as ever, and the customer service speaks Chinese, which is very convenient. If I had any needs, I could message them anytime and they would respond. I'll definitely come back next time I'm on a business trip. Happy New Year!

Pros Property matches pictures. Great location near city centre and malls such as pavilion and lalaport. Well priced. Cons Bare bone amenities. Inconsistent. Hand soap not provided across entire apartment, only in guest bath. Guest bath did not have toiletries provided No proper luggage storage area. Inflexible re early and late check in

8 Kia Peng offers an excellent stay right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The units feature a stunning KLCC view, making it perfect for those who enjoy city skylines. Its location is highly convenient, being just a short walk from MRT Conlay, which makes travelling around KL easy. The highlight of the property is definitely the infinity pool, providing a relaxing spot with a great view of the city.

From start to finish, everything about this stay was chef’s kiss! 💯. Communication was top-notch — super quick replies on WhatsApp, always with clear step-by-step video directions (how to collect keys, where to park, even how to throw rubbish 😆). The team’s responsiveness honestly blew me away — it felt like having a personal concierge on standby! The moment I walked in, the apartment smelled so fresh and clean. ✨ The space itself was spotless, and that view of the Petronas Twin Towers — wowww. It’s beautiful in the day but even more magical at night. 🌃 Air-con was icy cold, shower pressure was solid, heater worked perfectly, and there’s even a big fridge plus washer-dryer combo. Everything worked seamlessly, making my stay super comfy. Check-in and check-out were a total breeze — zero stress, just how a good stay should be. I’ll definitely be back again with my family! ❤️ If there is 1 thing that I feel can be improved on: If the pillows are fluffier, it would be awesome!
