Banyan Signatures Pavilion Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center with good transportation links. The facilities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and have a bathtub. It's easy to get to the nearby night market, taking only about 10 minutes. The lobby is large, making it easy to hail a taxi.

The room was very clean and spacious. Even though it's an apartment hotel, the staff were polite and attentive! I had booked another apartment hotel the night before, and the cleanliness and reception there were absolutely infuriating. So, that same night, I reread all the reviews for this Banyan Tree Signatures, especially the negative ones, and my heart sank. I contacted the hotel to cancel, but since it was already past midnight, cancellation wasn't possible. I reluctantly went to check in, but – and this is a big but – I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and service of this Signatures property. I booked a deluxe twin room, and it was very clean. The front desk is on the 16th floor, and our room was on the 18th floor! It was also very quiet at night! I'll definitely stay here again next time! The best part is the excellent location. It's right opposite Pavilion and Parkson, and Bukit Bintang is just a short walk away. It's also convenient for getting a taxi anywhere!

First off, this isn't even a hotel. It's just an illegally operated apartment building and homestay fraudulently using the Banyan Tree name. The lobby isn't theirs either. Communication and responses are incredibly slow. Based on the condition of the tabletops, the cleanliness is extremely poor; there were all sorts of stains that clearly hadn't been wiped away. This is nowhere near the standard a proper hotel should have. Plus, the hot water was broken, and I had to wait ages for someone to fix it after I'd already undressed. The whole experience was absolutely terrible.

The service manager's attitude was awful! First, there was no parking available at all; I had to park at another hotel's lot and walk over to this one. Second, there was no hot water in the room's bathroom, and I had to argue just to get a room change. This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it's the first time I've encountered such problems. They promised to reimburse me for the parking fee, but I haven't received any notification about it yet! I'm extremely dissatisfied with this hotel's management!

Banyan Residences is my favorite accommodation in downtown Kuala Lumpur so far, and I've stayed here multiple times. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a large bathtub, and essential facilities like a kitchen and washing machine are all available and well-maintained. It's a very comfortable stay, and the price is reasonable. It's right next to a five-star hotel, and the sky bar upstairs offers beautiful views. You only need to cross a sky bridge to walk to Pavilion, and KLCC and TRX are also within reasonable walking distance. The location is incredibly convenient. This time, I stayed for a week straight again, and the overall experience was still excellent. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is located in a building shared with other hotels. When I entered the building, there was no one to greet me. I had to ask a security guard to find out that check-in was on the 16th floor. I couldn't even get to the 16th floor without someone swiping a card for me. Check-in was handled in just one room, and despite arriving first, I was told to come back after 3 PM. Yet, the foreigners at the next table didn't get the same message??? So frustrating...
