Rooms were excellent and very well designed given the compact space. Exceptional views from the pool and everything was very well maintained. Check In had a queue so I had to wait for around 5 minutes but the Check Out was smooth just hand over the room key card and off you go.

Great location. Has been stay there many times. It’s just walking distance to bukit Bintang shopping street. Hotel room is a bit small. But is sufficient for couples. It’s 5 mins walk to TRX

Hotel is was great location and comfortable, but take too long for wait the lifts! We need to queue in peak time. But overall is fine.

Lift is too slow, taking almost 10 min to go up to the room in peak hours, the tv in the room is kept freezing and turned off automatically, informed maintenance to check but still same. The fridge is also not cold, 2nd time I'm staying here but the same issue. Overall nice stay, easier access to bukit bintang and trx

Check in on 31/10 , the basin water could not flow down. Next day morning, I did inform the front about this matter but when I came back at night , they didn’t solve it. So I call the front desk regarding this matter, he did ask the maintenance staff to repair but after he repair it, the pipe became leaking till the bath towel put at here all wet 😩

Prime location, near to TRX, pavillion, Bukit bintang all within walking distance. Beautiful KL city view and room view. Will book again next time

It’s a perfect location for your stay in a center city .many spots around to visit ,10-15 min walk away from the hotel.super nice view ,we will choose it again for sure

Repeated stay. Was given a room on the 27th floor this time round. It was extremely clean and got a room with fantastic view. Surely worth the price!
