Nice hotel. Great location. Bilik besar. Selesa. Bersih. Check in mudah. Parking rate RM13 (unlimited in out). Breakfast a lot of variety. Sedap.

I had bad experience Check in 9pm++ receptionist very unwelcome and rude to us. Got cockroach in the room.. aircond not working well. The room was hot. The shuttel window are broken in front of toilet cannot close becuz difficult to get shower becuz of privasi people can look trough the window..toilet cannot flush ..i call receptionist tell about aircond the tec come only open the air filter but the room still hot .call again operator to link me to the reception she promise to give new room and adress her manager about the issue..i wait half hours notthing happen..i call back nobody answer .it already12pm and im exhausted really pissed off ..i had to go downstairs to see the reception and ask why they not give new room yet .it late and i and my patner was very tired.she rudely say she was too busy .after a few moment they give new room. The manager call to apologise and want us tu stay untl 6pm but i refused to because got work to do in the morning in another place..i really disappointed with the service receptionist ..

Beautiful place to stay with a great location, clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. I had a fantastic experience with luxurious amenities, impeccable services and excellant room views. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

As ussual this hotel is my home if i travel to kl
Booked for four days and three night just for my daughter convocation at WTC. i arrived at 2pm and can enter the hotel room. I was surprised because they gave me deluxe room with balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. I just love the view. My husband went to the gym and my children went to the pool. Lastly thank you very much for the hospitality.

Ceiling light fuse.. Hand basin tap Leking.
Call and Inform 2 time also the same.. No repair.. I go out until I come back also not fix it.. The water is leak from the hand basin tap.. Really duno this engineering saw or not..
