Nice and convenient for stay in Kuala Lumpur. Everything nearby you can get. Just lobby is bit crowded.

The location is quite good, right near the Petronas Towers. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, but it can get a bit crowded. The room itself was very large and clean. It would be much more cost-effective for two people. The only downside was that the hotel only accepts cash for the deposit, so make sure to bring plenty of cash if you're booking this place! 💰

The elevators took an incredibly long time. On the first day, the air conditioning started leaking, and the room phone didn't work. When I contacted them via WeChat, responses were very slow. The front desk just gave me the runaround; they sent someone to throw a towel on the floor and did nothing else. They refused to change my room or fix anything. They also wouldn't compensate me when I fell, and the issue was just brushed aside until check-out. Overall, a very poor experience.

Booked this place just for the Instagrammable pool shot of the Petronas Towers. The front desk service was absolutely terrible. I had to ask multiple times for housekeeping to clean, otherwise, they wouldn't do it. The duvet on the bed was two separate layers, which made for a really uncomfortable sleep. Don't even get me started on the toiletries and towels. The only upsides were the photo opportunities upstairs, the room was quite spacious, and the location was pretty good.

The moment I entered the room, there was a damp, musty smell. Even after leaving the air conditioning on for a long time, the odor persisted. I don't understand why a room in the city center would have such a smell. The facilities aren't new, and the hygiene was just okay; there were some stains on the carpet and even someone else's hair. The room itself was very large. The lobby is always lively, with many people checking in daily, as there are several guesthouses in that building. The rooftop pool is shared, and there were a lot of Indian people there, all presumably to take photos of the Petronas Towers.

Nice stay at The Platinum Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay overall. The location is convenient and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite spacious, which was nice. However, the hotel's penalty policies felt like they were treating guests like criminals. They had fines for everything, making me afraid to even use a tissue for fear of being charged. The elevators were always crowded, probably because a few hundred rooms shared only five or six elevators. The staff's inflexibility was a fatal flaw – absolutely a terrible experience. The location was genuinely inconvenient. There's nothing to eat, drink, or do nearby, so you have to take a taxi everywhere, and then you get stuck in traffic... Pros: The room was big enough, good for taking pictures. Cons: Everything else was a con.

The security staff on 51/F (pool and gym floors) are very rude and impolite to all visitors.
