The floors were sticky and slippery. I assume they used the same cloth for cleaning the kitchen, and the rest of the floors, therefore, transferring the stickiness. There were tiny cockroaches in areas such as corners of the bed, in the bathroom, and near the shelf. Floor mats should be placed in the bedroom as well and not only near the bathroom. There was also an unpleasant odor as soon as the main door was opened. I’d preferred the cleanliness to be better. There was no wifi service during my stay, despite the room containing a router. Overall, the place was close to popular malls and convenient to travel around.

It was a roomstay. So far so good, they got all the important amenities. Plus the location is strategic. Owner was friendly as they took action immediately when my key card left in the room

This property is our best decision while we hesitate to stay with our family during our visit to KL. recommended

Facilities need improvement...

On the one hand, it's still the good old Majestic with a great location, a fantastic pool, and a view from the rooftop. But on the other, the years have taken their toll, and management hasn't done any repairs or maintenance. So, for $20 per night, we get dirty curtains and windows, a stained bedside lampshade, a mattress covered in who knows what stains, and no shower mat (so the whole room ends up soaking in water after you take a bath). I didn't see any cockroaches this time (in previous years, we'd occasionally see small ones), although our room didn't have a kitchen. All in all, it's satisfactory, but for the same price, it turns out, you can find much better and more comfortable options in KL.

I had a terrible stay there. My room was 805. The room was full of small cockroach. In all my luggage, I found cockroachafter staying in the room. The towel was old and dirty. On bed I could found drop of ........ . There was not any coffee or tea or water. It was a terrible night. 🫤

Breakfast is good, except room, i choose non smoking room but still smell of smoke/cigarette when first enter, and saw one black underwear under the bed, beside bedside table😶 Kids club room also not proper clean after each day

11 am check-out, but someone kept knocking on our door at 10 am asking when we'd be checking out. Very bad experience.

We were No told that there’s no front desk Owner charged us a full night price for late check out

Everytime i come to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia i always stay here because the room was so spacious and clean.. Have Mix and Seven Eleven store downstair.. And easy to go to any place because near city center..

Thers is no Check-in counter. There is no instruction notice or clear signage how to self- check- in. After asking around and security told us that we have to checkin by scanning QR code but it went to the other/wrong agent as there are a few more agents/operators there who run the Air BnB. We only came to know that this is not a hotel but an Air BnB room-stay. Location is perfect. Many eateries, food court nearby. Easy to order hailing transport using Grab. Can enjoy the City view and friendly Rooftop bar and infinity swimming pool at level 20 is great. The security is very good and they are helpful. We stayed 4 days at the Level 8, the room is having a partial city view half view was blocked by 2 buildings though we booked the room with a city view 2 weeks in advance.. There are about 10 small cockroaches loitering in the bath room and toilet. The centre ceiling light faulty was not fixed though the operator arrange to fix.. Check out was done by sending Screenshot of key and card but no acknowledgment was received. Overall, it is okay to stay for those who are looking for the reasonable rate and short stay.

Reasonable price for a short stay can’t expect much 😊
