The front desk staff said that there was no problem at that time, so this made me feel uncomfortable. I'm very dissatisfied. In addition, the hotel is cleaned every two days. If you are staying with more than 3 people, it is recommended to think carefully because bed sheets, towels, etc. are not changed every day, which is not acceptable to us. Of course, the location is some distance from the city center. If you use Grab to travel, it is recommended to take a taxi 15-20 minutes in advance. Otherwise, you may wait for a long time or even not be able to get a taxi. The advantage is the environment and equipment. We booked a family suite. The room is well-equipped and the scenery is very good. There is an infinity swimming pool on the 8th floor. It is a good choice for family vacation. There are KK and 711 nearby, as well as many gourmet restaurants. Although it is not as prosperous as the city center, it is still relatively convenient and the price/performance ratio is pretty good. Finally, it is recommended that the hotel provide more training on the service attitude of lobby personnel, especially local security guards.
