Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre

The kids had a great time playing in the water, although it was a bit crowded. We arrived on an early morning flight and surprisingly, a room was available for check-in, which was a pleasant surprise for an overnight stay! It's very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, about a 10-minute walk. This is my third time in Kuala Lumpur, and not much has changed.

Excellent! Firstly, the location is great; it's less than a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Secondly, the hotel service is good. Since we wanted to enjoy the hotel pool on our last day, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre allowed us to check out late, until 1 PM. Thirdly, although the policy states that children over 5 years old are charged half price, Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre ultimately didn't charge us extra, which is quite family-friendly. Also, the hotel pool was a lot of fun, and we had a great time with the kids. The breakfast had a good variety too; while not specifically catered for Chinese tastes, it was definitely sufficient for our three-night stay.

The hotel's hygiene was exceptionally poor, with many bugs in the room, and the service was terrible. We called staff to kill the bugs four or five times that night. Eventually, two people came with a bottle of insecticide, but we had to spray it ourselves. The next day, we were still bitten. The bites didn't get better for two or three days and were very severe. I recommend thinking twice before staying at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre.

Environment: Very good, quite comfortable. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk even has several people who speak Chinese, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. Facilities: Most basic amenities are available, but you need to ask the front desk for a comb as it's not in the room. The bed rail for children is quite small. Breakfast is on the G floor, the variety and taste are average, not up to five-star hotel standards, but everything else is fine.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering fantastic views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The QR code ordering system for food is very efficient, and the meals are of high quality and generous portions. Breakfast is diverse and premium, truly a 5-star standard. For late-night arrivals, there's a Salomon restaurant just across the street from the hotel, with amazing tower-view tables. A bit further down is a durian experience center, offering various durian pairings. And then it's a straight walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, which you can visit daily!

The hotel is located in downtown Kuala Lumpur, very close to the bustling city center with convenient transportation. It's a five-minute walk to the KL Line, from which you can take the commuter train to many places. Taxis are also readily available. Highly recommended.

The staff were warm and friendly, the room was very spacious, and the gym facilities were comprehensive. Plus, there were free classes every morning – I especially loved the yoga class with Celine!

The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk from the Twin Towers. The pool is large and very suitable for both children and adults.
