Cleanliness really need improvement with filthy linens and pillow cases. When feedback HSKP came and comment so little stain still need to change? Which is seriously speechless. Holes were seen on linen and obvious crumples could be seen on bed with question on whether linen has been changed for room turnover. When check in only have two bath towels although the towel where stained and HSKP just top up the towels and change the linen with black face greeting throughout the change. AC was freezing cold despite already at 27 degree second day tv could not even connect to Smart TV showing error. Prominent stains seen along the corridor once stepped out of the guest lift lobby which spoils the first impression of the area. Bellmen service was polite and offered luggage assistance during check in and check out Overall the room cleanliness is really a turn off for the whole guest experience which is a pity for room size and nice lobby layout. Hotel is also quite a walking distance to pavilion area. No apology or any compensation made from check in till check out despite issues being highlighted which is truly a disappointment.

Although we arrive approx 1230hrs we were allowed to check in after 1500hrs due to housekeeping. What was surprise and shocking the cleaning was never take place(see the attached photos). Front desk only apologies and willing to check on it but I simply felt been disappointed firstly for the amount spend. I will never visit the hotel near future. Tq

Excellent location right next to night market, but not too jammed. Near enough to malls and convenient. Very clean

The first room we get is not clean and have beetles on the mattress. After complaining, the hotel help us to exchange the room. But the process to changing the room is quite wasting time and need around 1hour especially when you are very tired and need the rest. The hotel got give us the tea party and the complimentary parking fees as compensation. However, we didn’t go for the tea party because we are not around hotel. There are welcome drink giving when you making check-in

Highly convenient location. Complimentary snacks and drinks available in the room. Only downside is the flush of the toilet bowl, can be stronger.

Very good service and we managed to upgrade our second night booking without additional charge. strategic location with even welcoming drink and food at lobby during check in time. Breakfast buffet is very good and I enjoyed it very much. Strongly recommended.
