I had a very disappointing experience during my stay.
I was traveling with my pregnant wife and had specifically requested a higher floor in advance. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had been assigned a room on the 31st floor. We collected the keys from the mailbox and went all the way up with our luggage. However, just as we were about to enter the room, the management suddenly changed the room access and asked us to return the keys and collect new ones for a room on the 13th floor.
This was extremely inconvenient and stressful, especially considering my wife’s condition and the fact that we had just completed a long 5-hour journey. I called and requested them not to make this change, explaining our situation and that it was also our anniversary trip. Unfortunately, they completely ignored our request and showed no empathy or professionalism.
What made it worse is that the room we were initially given was reassigned to another couple who arrived later, which felt unfair and poorly managed. There was no proper explanation provided.
Additionally, there was no room cleaning service during our 3 night stay, which is unacceptable considering the price paid. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost at all, you are essentially paying a premium just for the view.
Very disappointing service and lack of basic hospitality.
