Pavilion Ceylon Hill Suites Bukit Bintang has the best location. The apartment is very nice. Rooms are very modern and decently decorated. The Infinity swimming pool is really good. We will book this hotel again on our next trip to KL.

We travelled all night/morning and got to the hotel at 11. The staff was nice enough to let us check in at 13:30 (considering they had to clean and make the room ready) I really appreciated that. It was easy to walk around and find the mall so the location is really nice. I must say the pool area was my highlight, they not only had 1 but two and both were clean and aesthetically pleasing. I loved it.

Location is very good. Just a short walk away from the pub street as well as Jalan Alor…they provide 1-2 rolls of toilet rolls for the entire stay and need to pay to get extra toilet rolls. There is kitchen and as stated can do light cooking. But they only provide 2 plates, 2 bowls.and very few cutleries. There is no pots or pans available should you want to do some light cooking so even use the stove to heat up the cooked food u bought from outside. Hopefully they can improve on that in time to come

If only they cleaned the rooms then this would be 5 star. Would stay again for a night, but not having your bins changed over 3 nights is a bit too infrequent, especially when you cook there. Nice facilities though.

Very nice interior and layout of room. Spacious. The hotel has 2 beautiful swimming pools and a gym. Wish I could live in an apartment looking like that! Short walk to the city center (twin towers etc). Definitely worth it!

I booked an apartment for six days. On the first day, they gave me a room in which I found ants. I asked to change the room. When I changed the room, I forgot my Apple Watch inside. I asked them to check and get it back. On the second day, they said they did not find it, but the location of the Apple Watch shows that it is in the same location as the hotel.

Cons: Walls were very thin, I could hear people talking and walking from upstairs. Our toilet door was very very creaky (super loud creak) and the room above us as well. We thought that the soft creaking sound was from our room (👻) but it turned out it was from the room upstairs. Cleanliness of the room would be better, floors was dusty, bedsheets had small stains on it. Check in process was fast however very inconvenient cause you are required to go to the basement carpark to check in. Moreover, did not have any tootbrush or toothpaste provided (i think its more of an airbnb w a bit of hotel) Pros: Walking distance to Pavilion! Jalan Alor street is a 5mins walk which is great for food! If you like to go to bars, a street filled bars is also nearby. Super affordable stay and swimming pool views! Location of this hotel personally is very good.

Cannot park inside building. Security guard bad manner and guide us wrongly to park outside infront of hotel. Got SAMAN 🌚. Cannot get the owner when we facing problem. Conclusion: VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! There are a lot of nice hotel around that area. Be aware and rethink before book this hotel.

The house is nice, but there is no parking available for the studio unit. I find this unfair and quite inconvenient, especially if you have a baby. Additionally, if you receive a parking fine outside, it's not their responsibility. The rules and regulations are very rigid—check-out must be on time, with no flexibility. Everything comes with an extra charge, including towels, coffee or tea, bath mats, drinking water, toilet paper, etc. The deposit is also quite high at RM300. However, there are a few things I liked, such as having Netflix with an account, the room layout, and the view. Sorry, but I won’t be returning to this Airbnb due to its strict policies and excessive charges.

This was such a great stay! The view was very amazing and the beds were comfortable. A huge plus for the bathtub!!

Great hotel with a nice pool at the rooftop. The room was big with lounge area I didn’t know I would get. Bathroom and toilet separate and very big. Great location to walk around, close the evening bars and fish market. I was able to use my Netflix account which was a nice additional feature especially if you traveling alone. I would highly recommend this place.

View is awesome The checkin counter is little bit wired in basement of the building instead of lobby Everything you want will be charged extra even for a tissue roll , as per their regulation paper. There is no kitchenware like knife , pots

Very nice service apartment to stay with especially with family. Working distance to Bukit Bintang around 800 meters away. Good swimming pool facility.
