Room is decent, good enough to stay the night. Located right next to chowkit station so that’s a plus

Good and behaviour good service

The room is large for a family. Hot shower works fine. Got elevator. The only cons is the room is facing the main road. The road is full of night motorcycle. Expect very noisy night especially on the weekends.

The hotel just beside a monorail station, easy to navigate everywhere around KL, the hotel is acceptable for me, best deal I got with big room with only 130 ringgit. The downside just the noise coming from the main road but overall, it's ok.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The rooms next door were very noisy. There were a lot of homeless people outside.

The location is great and just nearby Monorail easy to getevverywhere!

THEY WERE A COUPLE YELLING AND CALLING THE POLICE, 1 LADY THAT PREFERRED TO LEAVE AND A GROUP OF 3 CHINESE LADIES. AFTER THE MANAGER YELLING AT THE COUPLE, “ROOM NOT READY” THEY DEMANDED TO TALKED TO ANOTHER PERSON, another EMPLOYEE ARRIVED AND THEY GAVE HIM A ROOM. MY WIFE COMPLAINT AND WE WERE TOLD TO WAIT, AFTER WAITING, THEY COUPLE THAT WAS GIVEN A ROOM LEFT SAYING IT WAS DIRTY. SO WHEN IT WAS OUT TURN WE WANTED TO CHECK THE ROOM FIRST, my wife WENT FIRST, SHE WAS DISGUSTED AND CAME BACK TO THE LOBBY SAYING SHE WAS NOT GOING TO SLEEP IN THAT FILTHY ROOM, SO I WENT TO THE ROOM AND TOOK THIS PICTURES. THEY SAID THE ROOM WAS CLEANED, BUT LOOK AT THE PICTURES. I CAME BACK TO THE LOBBY AND TOLD HIM WE WERE NOT STAYING THERE, we talked TO TRIP.COM AND THE HOTEL STARTED LYING ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. YOU CAN KEEP MY MONEY, I REALLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE REFUND. I JUST SHOWED A WHOLE TRAVEL COMMUNITY WHY THEY SHOULD NOT STAY HERE. FILTHY ROOMS HOTEL MANAGER YELLING AT THE CUSTOMERS ROOMS NOT READY (3 hours after) THE CHECK IN TIME. Room are not clean at all，got fox under the bed😅Toilet bathtub dont have the stuck water item，want to bath hotwater with soapboom also can‘t，hope will renew it . Emm place of hotel is near road and malay pray so is very noisy..Cant sleep at night cause alot of ppl maprempit at midnight

For fair reviews... The location is okay... Next to so many restaurants... the problem was with this staff.... Tried to communicate me thru English but somehow the explanation become not get thru to the real meaning.... I was stayed at this hotel for 1 day and before check out the next day... I manage to booked again the room..... Thanks to Trips.... But somehow the staff give bad response to us as hotel guest.... I tried to explain to him on the whatapsss before hotel whatapps and my number but in the end of the day.... He started to be confused and really didn't aware with the whole situation... He need to learns both languages... English and Malay.. And learned to respect their hotel guest......he keeps blaming us and urged us to check out from the room.... Part 1
