The service was good especially trainee roshan at the reception,the location very close to chow kit monorail station walkable.The breakfast also was good with the variety choices to accommodate different taste. Also night market of chow kit just behind the hotel for malay and thai foods,the vegetables and fruits avaialble too at the market The only think needs to improve is the small ramp at the stair before taking the lift and outside stairs too, could be very nice gesture to the customer's who have heavy luggage rather than waiting for someone to help you.

I appreciated the reception staff offered me the room upgrade after the warm greeting, as I had small complained regarding the view of the lower floor, they were really helpful and fulfilled customer’s needs.

stayed here for almost a week. all okay, in ground floor theres a fitness room and self laundry (functional fit my needs). breakfast just okay. service nice, room is got clean everyday.

Very affordable and clean hotel. Hotel was close to the monorail and made it easy to get around. Breakfast everyday was plentiful and delicious to suit many tastes. I had lunch in the restaurant on the day I left the hotel and it didn’t disappoint. I would certainly recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool was great. Pity it closes at 7pm.

The location is very strategic, conveniently close to the shopping area. The valet service was excellent and very helpful. However, the breakfast area could be improved , there are only three baby chairs available, which are insufficient during busy hours. Additionally, the swimming pool is located in the south area and offers a nice view of KLCC, but there is no pool available in the north section.

Very bad expericence!! The room is very old , dirty and has blood stained...too bad. Need to be refurbish...

This hotel has South and North block. I stayed at North. The 25th floor bar rooftop is located at South entrance block, have a stunning view especially at night. Room is quite spacious. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to a famous Kampung Baru food paradise. Overall staying experience is quite satisfactory.

For its price point, the facilities are neither outstanding nor disappointing, which is typical for this brand – you can generally book with confidence. The pros: The view from the window is great. If I had to pick one thing to suggest, it's about the 'Chinese courtesy' they offer; why isn't there a single front desk staff member who speaks Chinese? Conveniently located near a subway station and a convenience store downstairs, with a 7-Eleven right across the street. The hardware is clean, and hygiene is good, although the bathroom floor tiles are a bit slippery.

Room was very spacious and clean.complete amenities. Iron provided together with iron board. Affordable price too.

Room is very nice and large. I was appreciated the pillows which made me feel comfortable and got deep sleep. Bathroom is large and I love body cleanser and shampoo which are very good. Location and view are very good. It’s near public transportation like bus stop and metro. My room view is very nice which I can see Petronas Twins Tower inside my room. Service was very good, especially all staff they were so kind.

Great place for stay 👍 . Clean and complete with basic amenities. Recommended for those who wants to explore Jalan TAR, Chow Kit and places nearby.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn KL and had a comfortable experience. The room is compact but well-designed, clean, and bright with a nice city view. The built-in seating by the window is a pleasant touch, and the bed was comfortable. A good, value-for-money option for a short stay in the city.

A return customer here. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Love the location. Many restaurants nearby just walking distance. Monorail station is also a short walk. I recommend this hotel.
