Good location and spacious room, but noise and aircon affected our sleep The location is convenient, with Bukit Bintang just a short walk away. The room is also quite spacious, which is good for families with children. However, our first night was quite difficult. The clubbing/bass music from the surrounding nightlife was very loud and lasted until around 3am, making it hard to sleep. The next day, the hotel kindly arranged for us to move to the quieter side of the hotel, which was much better. Unfortunately, we then experienced another issue with the air-conditioning. It was not cold enough, so the servicing staff came to check it. The aircon was also quite noisy, with the sound occasionally going on and off. There was also an intermittent sound like water dripping onto a metal plate, which made it harder to fall asleep. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, warm and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel is spacious and well located for families, but I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing and air-conditioning maintenance.

I was satisfied with the room size. As for amenities (like slippers), I had to call twice to finally get them. The area around the hotel has plenty of nightlife options, including restaurants, massages, and bars, so it's a good choice for those who want that.

I really loved this hotel. My high school-aged child and I stayed here, and the room was spacious and clean enough for us. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool, gym, and coin laundry, which made our stay very comfortable. Initially, I planned to jog early in the morning at KLCC Park, but since the sunrise in Kuala Lumpur in August was after 7 AM, I used the treadmill in the gym instead. It was very convenient to be able to use the laundry facilities right after my run. During our stay, RM1 was exchanged for 1 coin, and the washing machine cost 12 coins (for cold water) and the dryer 6 coins. All the front desk staff were very friendly. Conversion adapters can be borrowed from the front desk. Also, the deposit during check-in was RM100. It's a less than 10-minute walk from Bukit Bintang Station, and there's a gentle slope along the way, which was acceptable. There are local restaurants nearby with delicious food. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Kuala Lumpur.

As returning guests, it genuinely feels like coming home whenever we stay here. A special mention to Ms Ayu, the Manager, who was exceptional. She was warm, attentive and incredibly thoughtful, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. What touched us most was that she remembered us from our previous visit — such a personal touch that made us feel truly valued and appreciated as returning guests. Her genuine care and hospitality are a credit to the hotel. Halim at the front desk was equally impressive. He was professional, courteous and always greeted us with a warm smile. His friendly and welcoming personality made every interaction a pleasure. It’s the people who make a hotel truly special, and Ramada KLCC certainly has an outstanding team. The level of service, warmth and personal attention is what keeps bringing us back. Ramada KLCC has officially become our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Kuala Lumpur. A lot of restaurant near by. Checkin was smooth. Room was okay. Breakfast was sri lankan food (ceylon). Better watch for this before you book this hotel. The screw up part was when I want to exit the hotel for morning prayers(5.30am-6am). The reception ask me to go and talk to the security guard instead to validate my touch n go. The security guard cannot understand english or bahasa very well. He end up guiding me to the lift instead and ask me to go up to 01st floor. I went up to the 01st floor looking for the office to validate my touch n go card. The guy was sleeping and the door to the office was locked. I have to knock hard for him to wake up. He don't want to validate my touch n go card. He questioned me why I did not park below or why the hotel did not give me a parking card. Finally he validated the touch n go card. The parking part really screw up the mood. I wonder why the Indian receptionist guy ask me to go and talk to the nepal security guard. Weird. Normally the receptionist will validate the card. I hope the hotel management can look into this.

My overall stay was quite disappointing. First, the room's cleanliness was concerning; the detailed cleaning was subpar. Upon checking in, it was evident that the cleaning wasn't thorough, which made me feel quite unsafe. Secondly, the area around the hotel had a lot of mixed people and high foot traffic, making it feel messy and unsafe to come and go at night. Overall, the value for money was low. I won't be staying again and wouldn't recommend it.

The room was surprisingly spacious, exceeding my expectations. It's located in a bustling area, perfect for dining and shopping, all within walking distance. There's also an ATM right next to the hotel where you can withdraw Malaysian Ringgit directly.

Great location! Just a short walk to Jalan Alor and you can easily walk to Bukit Bintang MRT station, Pavilion, and the Petronas Towers. Petaling Street is also within walking distance. The room was clean with an expansive view, and came with an induction cooktop and a fridge. There's a bar and snack shops downstairs, but the surrounding area felt a bit out of sync with the hotel's caliber.

Checked in late at night, and the process was handled efficiently. It's within walking distance to Pavilion and the Twin Towers, and there were plenty of places to eat for our anniversary.

Pleasant hotel. Room smells nice. All the staff, right down to the cleaners, are friendly. The only thing is the breakfast doesn't have many options. Everything else is top-notch.

This was the last stop on our Malaysia-Singapore trip, and the handsome guy at the front desk gave us a complete upgrade (an executive balcony two-bedroom suite). The hotel management was very meticulous, and the service was impeccable. Big thumbs up! 😍 Thanks for the room upgrade and the friendly, good service from the front desk staff. Excellent hotel! 👍
