room very clean and comfortable. Room well equipped with all facilities including kitchen equipment, oven, bowl , electric kettle. Location near to KLCC just 10 min walk from hotel. 51 floor The top root swimming pool can direct view KLCC and KL Tower.

View is great, apartment is brights and beautifully furnished. Will be good to have some garbage bags in the apartment. Service and respond is very prompt. However, weirdly the iPhone charging plug and our international adaptor cannot charge our phones. Only the android adaptor can work. That caused us some problems

The check in process was pretty smooth and the customer service throughout the trip was very good. The location was prime given the proximity to KLCC but there was a haze so we had to use taxis everywhere. Our unit had to be cleaned again as the floors had food wrappers and dirt which we noticed immediately as we have a crawling baby. The pictures were slightly deceiving in terms of the space of the living room given how big the dining table was. Some of the amenities were lacking including no microwave, no dish drying rack and no hand towels making it not a true service apartment for families. The TV was not bolted to the wall and almost tipped over my baby which needs to be addressed urgently as a safety issue. The pool was amazing but the change room upstairs was severely lacking and the management did not allow us to change out of wet clothes in our room.

Very affordable pricing for a family of 4 staying 4 days 3 nights, receptionist was very helpful and informative, cooking equipment, utensils, washing machine, oven, fridge, filtered water dispenser are provided, only thing lacking is clothing hooks in the bathroom but that's alright, location is a 6-7 min walk away from petronas twin towers, there are four marts downstairs, a af gym nearby at Hampshire park (together with cu mart), good view of twin towers too from room and 51st floor (gym and pool on same floor)

Great location, great price. Clean Rooms. Would return again and would recommend.
