The room size was decent, with two queen beds. Cleanliness needs improvement — there were ants crawling in the kitchenette, and the towels looked yellowish. The bathroom floor was slippery and sticky, which was uncomfortable and dangerous. Only one point is poolside with klcc view

The view is amazing

Overall a really good hotel! Excellent location near the towers, quality rooms and the best hotel gym I could find compared to the 3 other places I stayed at. The only thing that really brought this place down was the lift and the heat in the lift lobby. The lifts are extremely slow which made me almost resent the place and aside from that, the waiting area for the lifts isn’t air conditioned and gets super hot, especially with the crowd caused by the slow lifts! Great value for money, good amenities and pool facilities, just really let down by the slow lifts (I may sound dramatic here but it’s actually ridiculously slow!).

The room was super comfy

I wouldn't recommend cause felt the place was dirty though the location is good the place itself didn't have the hype. The lifts jam up as there are only B4 serving 50 floors.

Waiting for lift more than 30miniuts and alot people just jump q event u already q for long time…will not stay here again

Place was good but toilet have only 1 hook to hang clothes,guest was 3 but put only 2 slippers have iron but no adopter so cannot use it.

Staff not polite at all. Ironing equipment non existent. Worn out and old slippers.
