Everything is fine, great location and apartment. However, I didn't receive any responses to my multiple emails after check-in and during check-out, which should be improved.

My husband and I loved our room! Ours was on the 10th floor. We didn't even expect it to be a full-fledged apartment with two large beds and two bathrooms, but a two-story apartment with separate entrances to each floor and private balconies! This information wasn't available when we chose our room on the website, so we're leaving our review with photos to give more detail. On the ground floor, there's a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, a stovetop, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. There's also a washing machine, a TV (the Wi-Fi is excellent!), a comfortable sitting area with pillows, a bed, and a shower with toilet. The balcony has a table and two chairs. The second floor also has a balcony, offering a wonderful view of the city and the Petronas Twin Towers. There's a huge, comfortable bed and a large window with a wide sill, perfect for relaxing. The lighting on both floors is very well thought out! The room was quiet, and the air conditioning can be adjusted to your preferred temperature—which is also a plus!)) The showers have boilers. You have to turn them on an hour before showering to heat the water. The water pressure was good, and we had no problems. Thanks again for such a wonderful room! P.S. The only thing that bothered us was that we couldn't find a place to dispose of our trash when we left, so we threw it in the trash bins outside. Also, the balconies were dusty. BUT still 5 stars!!!))

The room is quite large and has three bathrooms, which is nice. The only problem is that I checked out too early. It's also quite conveniently located close to the city center. Downstairs is the Future Building. I highly recommend staying here.

The price is OK. The room is spacious and the living room is quite exquisite. The rooftop swimming pool has a nice view. The curved swimming pool is half Chinese and half white. There are a few locals (most of them are tourists).

A large apartment, but it's a bit old, and the 2 sofas are very small, you definitely won't be able to sleep on them.

This hotel is rubbish. Don't be fooled. First of all, you can't refund after booking. My family and I went to the hotel downstairs after playing. There was no sign. It belongs to an office building and it's not the kind of high-end one. There were mixed people inside. The hotel's front desk was hard to find. I asked many people before I found it. The most important thing was that the door of the front desk was still closed. Its front desk was a small cubicle of about ten square meters. It seemed that there were people there during the day and off work at night. It was not open 24 hours a day. Check-in was all self-service. I didn't know where the room was. I didn't think I could find it at all. It might be because my English was too poor. I couldn't understand anything I said to the hotel on the phone. There was no Chinese service. I waited for almost an hour in the middle of the night and didn't check in. Finally, I booked another one. You still have to book a reliable hotel when you go out to play. Some of the popular hotels in Kuala Lumpur that require a deposit are basically used to charge your deposit. They will fine you at any time. You may be fined for dropping a towel on the ground, and it's not cheap. You will be fined 500 Malaysian ringgits for losing the room card, and 200 Malaysian ringgits for dirty sheets and pillows, etc. It's a scam

It's OK. It's convenient to go out. There is a large underground supermarket east of the 7th Street at the door. It's quite good and convenient for eating. There is also a farmer's market next to it, where you can enjoy durian as much as you want.

It’s much more convenient than a hotel. I just used the washing machine because this trip is quite long. It’s very convenient to have a washing machine. The room is very beautiful and you can see the Petronas Towers. The infinity pool was super photogenic.
