KLCC Kuala Lumpur - ALMA by ROYCE Luxury Suites [Rooftop Infinity Pool ⭐ Near Petronas Twin Towers] To be objective: The room hardware, facilities, and location are all very good. It is close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and the rooftop pool offers fantastic views. However, the service experience leaves much to be desired. The front desk reception and check-in efficiency are mediocre. Special mention goes to the security guard at the 51st-floor pool and gym: his attitude was appalling, he verbally provoked guests, and he abused his authority to make things difficult for visitors. The rooms are in a great location, close to the Petronas Towers and many places with delicious food.

Good hotel, though it seemed a little dirty. But we only stayed for two nights, so overall, it left a good impression.

Overall, the stay was decent. The location is very good and convenient, especially for visiting KLCC. The apartment was adequate and had everything we needed. Nothing exceptional, but still a good option for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Great place with beautiful scenery and a convenient location. There are food stores nearby, and it's easy to go shopping at the mall. It's a good choice and definitely worth considering.

On a business trip to Malaysia, I stayed at Royce Residences KLCC Kuala Lumpur by ALMA ( Rooftop Infinity Pool + 10Mins Walk to KLCC ). It's very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, with excellent facilities nearby. There's a supermarket right across the street downstairs, and plenty of restaurants.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom, one-living room suite. My son and I each had our own bedroom, which was great. The rooms were all very spacious and had balconies, making for a comfortable stay. There's a swimming pool on the top floor with views of the Petronas Towers.
