Very nice place to stay if you have kids. Amenities are full. They provide cooking utensils like pot, pan , knife, scissors and etc. Laundry detergent is provided too! The bath tub is slightly deeper and bigger compared to other hotel’s tub. There are oven, stove, washing machine with dryer, big refrigerator, electric kettle. What impressed me are things they provided are not cheap stuff, its all quality stuff. The bed is super soft and firm, the pillow is firm that you wouldn’t feel backpain / neck pain. Dyson-like hair dryer with super strong wind and right temperature. I’m a frequent travellers, this is the best place i had so far with compatible price. Worth staying, will come again next time !

This accommodation has serious service problems. I am a tourist riding a big bike from Thailand, and I encountered 4 issues: 1. The parking key card could not be used to bring my motorcycle into the parking area. I had to wait for 1 hour inside the hot parking building before any staff came to fix the problem. 2. The room key card could not open my room after I returned from dinner. I went upstairs to tell the staff, but they did not come to fix it. Instead, they told me to try again, but it still didn’t work. I waited in front of my room for 30 minutes and no one came. I had to go back to call them again and suggest maybe the battery was dead. Only then did they come, check, and fix it. They did not apologize at all — they only offered to extend my checkout time by 30 minutes. 3. When taking my motorcycle out of the parking lot, the card could not open the gate again. I had to wait about 20–30 minutes, and my bike was blocking the way. The staff came very late to fix it. I had plans to visit another place, but because of this, I lost so much time and had to cancel my trip. The place is good, the location is good, but the staff service is terrible.
