DO NOT STAY HERE! Stayed in better hostels, was made to feel very unwelcome upon check-in, we asked for two glasses in the evening and was made to feel we was an inconvenience, the receptionist was rude, aggressive and seems very unhappy to be working. At 3am hammer drills started on a construction site right outside out windows. The towels were dirty, the floor towel was almost brown. Doors to all the rooms looked as though they had been broken into. The area outside felt very unsafe and I was glad not to be there as a solo traveler. Do not be drawn in by the title of this hotel…….there is NO NEW WING ! Or it’s reviews, as I’m sure no one would ever 5 star this. We were booked in for 2 nights and checked out a night early…..to be fair, trip.com were amazing about this and refunded our second night, so I have absolutely no complaints about them

Nice location. Bedroom is average, their bathroom smells and there is no soap by the sink. In the shower area, there is no container/ holder for the shampoo and body wash.

Arrived around 2pm and the checked in was smooth. Ample parking space around hotel. Room was good and cleanliness acceptable. Stay here due to attend concert in kl. Theres a few good food nearby hotel which make us easy.

This is my 2nd time booking here. So far all facilities were fully provided. Really satisfied with their service also.

Room not really clean, smells, and not even have any cloth hanger. Location wise is not as interesting for tourists.

Stay for family and work. Nice place and easy access to find food. Cendol durian are really awesome food and near to Bukit bintang.

Terrible smell, oh my goodness! The lobby stinks, and the room has a strong, unpleasant odor. It was absolutely unlivable. We barely made it through one night and checked out immediately the next day. The room felt old, and the bad smell kept me from sleeping well all night. Definitely do NOT stay here.
