The hotel is conveniently located near the city area, with Pavilion just about a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of other shopping malls nearby, as well as lots of food choices right downstairs, so getting around and finding food was very convenient. One thing I really appreciated was how accommodating the hotel was when we encountered issues with our original room. They arranged for us to change to another room, which I really appreciated. However, there were some issues with the room. We stayed on the highest floor, and during a heavy downpour, there was water leakage from the wall below the window. The air-conditioning in that room also wasn’t very strong, which made the room less comfortable than expected. On the positive side, the housekeeping team was excellent. They were friendly, nice, and attentive, and their service was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope the leakage and air-conditioning issues can be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Great location and a very comfortable stay! The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel is right in the middle of the buzz, which made it really easy to explore Kuala Lumpur and get around to the main areas. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby, making it a very convenient base for discovering the city. Overall, a great place to stay in KL. I would definitely stay here again! ✨

Hotel clean and nearly shopping mall like Pavilion, night market. And easy to find food. One more thing just 1k from hotel to popular market in town. I really enjoy with my staying at Bintang Collectionz hotel 🥰. Next time I will come again.

The accommodation was good for sleeping, no issues. It's close to tourist attractions and shopping is convenient.

Good location，but early check in got RM 50 charges, next time will consider no check in early

It’s clean and tidy~ thou too much mirror in a room. Would recommend the owner to consider removing those big mirror beside beds. Otherwise overall the hotel is super good and convenient.

The service was excellent; they even knocked on my door to remind me that I hadn't closed it properly one evening, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and getting around the city center. Breakfast was delicious, and it's very close to the Twin Towers.

We Love the area located in many food area and malls. Night time will be crowded with local and tourists. The service for check in and check out was great for us. We have a luggage storage for us in case of early check in and early check out before flight which is convenient for us. The small is kinda small for us. We got the twin bed and didn’t realize there’s no window which is kinda suffocated a bit for me to sleep with air-con and now air venter at night. But overall, nice room, quiet and clean.

2nd time stay at this hotel and i just love how this hotel worth the money. Easy check in, clean room & there are restaurants at ground floor

Amazing hotel and location. really friendly staff. Bed was comfortable with good pillows and a/c. The Hamburger restaurant downstairs is top shelf!

We like the location, it’s so convenient to get around. Nearby to mny eateries & shopping area. Hotel staffs very friendly& helpful, especially reception lady call Lyn. She tell us take MRT to TRX only one stop rather than take Grab. When we need Grab to Chinatown we ask her for help to put in the location for us on our Grab etc..

Location is just next to Alor Street, which got many local food stall with varity or food.

Hotel very clean and new . Parking is at behind the hotel . Per entry RM 20 . Car can parked and take the MRT public transport , very convenient , 2 mins walk to station .
