The location is very convenient. Friendly staff. Recommend to stay and visit again next time.

The hotel lobby is located on the second floor and guests can help themselves with free bottled mineral water in the fridge. The check-in process is fuss free with a RM100 deposit which is refundable upon check-out. The room is big, clean and modern though the hotel looks like a boutique from the outside. Though our room was facing the main street, there was no noise from the outside which I think the windows are sound proof. Gave the location a four as it is along a busy street and prefer somewhere quieter. Service was good and staff were friendly. It's a keyless concept with a digital lock where code is to be entered. Breakfast is choice of a set meal from 8.30am to 11am.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was very quiet even though it was busy outside. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. The TV was ok as it was a smart TV. The wifi was good. The glass door to the bathroom was only partially tinted so you could see people using the toilet from the bed. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Easy access to everywhere with LRT/MRT nearby. The hotel delivers well in term of cleanliness,comfort,and well maintained. The staff were friendly, Accessing the room with using a pincode(Digital key). The room was comfortable and well-appointed and the bed was cozy. Many shops available just within the vicinity and plenty of eateries nearby as well. Highly recommend for anyone visiting KL and look forward to my next stay

The room is clean and the staying experience is good. Water pressure is smooth and heater is consistent and working well. Only negative feedback is the pillow is too high and very uncomfortable, not able to sleep well and there is no option for a lower profile pillow.

The hotel room is clean, new and bed is comfy. The location is very convenient as just right in front of bukit bintang and Jalan Alor food market just behind the hotel. Just one disadvantage, there is limited parking space for the hotel and we have to pay and park at outside open area parking lot. But for travellers from overseas should be a good hotel choice.

The hotel is newly built, location is very strategic and walking distance to every central spot like Pavilion and Lot 10.

I like the interior of the hotel. The hotel is clean. The location is near tu Pavilion, Jalan Alor and also MRT. The only I dislike is the noisy from the buskers.

Room was ok, not as new nor clean as it looked in the photos but acceptable. Location ok, not noisy.
