The location is excellent and the room is spacious. I contacted the hotel staff via the hotel's official WeChat account before checking in, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. There's no Chinese-speaking service, but if you contact them in advance, it's very convenient and efficient. When checking out, they inspect the room and then refund your deposit (the cash you provided). The hotel's location is really good, making it very convenient for a city walk in Kuala Lumpur.

The room was average, and the service was really poor. No one spoke Chinese. Check-in wasn't until 3 PM, and it was outdoors with no air-conditioned area, not even in the waiting area. What a rip-off! And check-out is at 11 AM! Today, I waited over an hour to check out. As soon as I entered the gate, the security guard was already pointing fingers. The waiting area is shared with the delivery area.
