Tropicana Residences Kuala Lumpur by ALMA

We had a wonderful stay at Tropicana The Residence in Kuala Lumpur! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the iconic Petronas Towers—definitely a highlight of our trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The staff was efficient, and although they took a standard security deposit upon arrival, everything was returned without issue at departure. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a big plus; we enjoyed preparing our own breakfasts with all the necessary utensils and appliances provided. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect base for exploring KL. Highly recommend!

We were very disappointed with the elevator service. The waiting time was far too long, and even after waiting through several rounds, we were still unable to get down. This caused us a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary delays during our stay.

I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine. The property was very clean with a great atmosphere, and my room had a direct view of Menara 118 & KL Tower, amazing both at night and in the morning. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Suria KLCC and the LRT, and free parking was provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and detailed. The only downside was the sewage/drainage smell in the suite, noticeable from the entrance and in the toilets. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to fix it, which improved the situation a lot, though a slight smell still lingered occasionally. I suspect it might be a building-wide issue. Overall, a really good stay with great views, location, and service. Just hope the drainage system can be improved.

Best location near twin tower , suria. Good view in our room. Staff is friendly. fast reply to our whatsapp. We book airport transfer & drop-off and it’s very convenient for our group of 5 people.

The room was beautiful and very well organized. I loved the view – it was stunning! Everything was clean and well arranged. I really enjoyed my stay.
