The location is good just inside the petaling street market. However it is quite inconvenient for those who carry luggage as you have to walk into the market as the car is not able to drive in. Cleanliness and amenities are more than enough. Services is good

Comfortable to stay, enjoyable and relaxing

We have a dinner at Upper House which just on top of the hotel rooftop. The restaurant have a great environment and great food. Hotel staff is friendly. Location is on Petaling Street, many places to walk around within walking distance.

Perfect hotel for staycation in KL!!! Located inside the chinatown market. The room is small but very comfy!!! Very clean. Loves the no tv but yes projector concept. Will definitely repeat again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. However, during our stay we were unable to use Netflix using the projector which was quite frustrating as it was one of the purpose we have booked the hotel. The rooms aren’t sound proof, hence you would hear some noises when people walk past your room.

The location is very nice, near the attractions, restaurants and night market.. unfortunately, we had been staying during the construction period(which is just behind the hotel), so this was a bit uncomfortable for us. However, the staff were very kind and active ;)

B hotel it just located inside petaling street There’s a lot nice food around and super convenient to hopping bar / public transport. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is poor. The next door room was still watching a movie in the midnight of last night.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. ROOM WAS A LITTLE BIT SMALL BUT ENOUGH . FOOD WAS EASY TO FIND AND SURROUNDING HAVE MANY GREAT FOOD.

Also just one hour extension will be charged. No exception. So better not to come back here again

Room was small, window was very small it’s where the shower is and behind the sink (blocked by the sink mirror) so you get no view/ natural light. Not able to use the projector as they use cheap android box. Not able to watch Netflix. Feel a bit suffocating in the small room. Bed just next to the shower and toilet bowl, but parted by the curtains. Couldn’t find where we can switch off the bedside lamp, so had to sleep with lights on. Location is good, nearby lots of eateries and near public transport. It’s a good place if you just want to sleep after long day exploring KL.

I enjoyed my stay here in the hotel. Staff were helpful and responsive. I felt right at home. I also enjoyed the massage and bathtub facilities. Location is also great. Very enjoyable stay! Will recommend!

The hotel is good, small but all the think I need all provide. Good location. Recommend 👍

Previously stay normal room was good. This time stay with the room with bathtub, the floor was not clean, quite lot of sand on the floor. In the midnight, seems like some bats or mice on the ceiling keep crawling or what, annoying noice disturbed sleeping quality. The small fridge is not even cold.

I had a wonderful birthday celebration in this hotel recently. Good location and room ambience is great. Breakfast is excellent, although their serving speed is quite slow..but overall, I am satisfied.
