location is very good. And the service from Riyaz is perfect. The room is big and clean, the view is nice.

The hospitality is very good, attending staffs Alam and Riyaz very accommodating 24/7. The location is good in the middle of city. Accept for the parking and swimming pool that need to be paid separately because it is manage by another entity, everything is over the top. My family and I enjoyed staying there

Good view of KL city. Price is affordable. Unit is clean and comfortable. Costumer Service also very excellent. Walking distance to every iconic places in KL and near to public transport station.

Had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and they even helped me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to ALAM, who was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The room service was also very good and prompt. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special I would definitely recommend both this place and ALAM for the amazing hospitality. Looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Check-in was smooth and easy. Contact person was alam who was really helpful. Msg him when we arrived and he was with us within minutes. Guided us to the room and it was clean and sleek. Would be back if I'm in KL again. Food easily found within walking distance, including suria KLCC twin tower.

The view from the room was amazing, especially at night when you can see the city lights—such a romantic atmosphere The location is also excellent, very close to KLCC and many key attractions. It’s super convenient to get around, whether you want to eat, explore, or go shopping—no long travel needed at all. What made this stay even more impressive was the care from Alum 🙏 From before check-in until the day we checked out, Alum was always there to assist us. Quick responses, clear information, and very helpful with everything—from check-in instructions to travel tips—everything went smoothly and stress-free. It really felt like someone was taking care of us throughout the whole trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur that is clean, well-located, has a great view, and comes with attentive service, I highly recommend this place 👍 I will definitely come back to stay at Vortex Suite KLCC again next time.
