The entire check-in process was seamless and fully self-service. I was able to resolve any issues on my own. Having a convenience store downstairs was a big plus. Being able to see the world's second-tallest building from the room was pretty cool. Just a heads-up, if there are three people staying, make sure to request the sofa bed in advance, otherwise, they won't be able to prepare it, and many amenities are set up for two people.

To be honest, the service was okay. However, there was no cell signal in the room, and the Wi-Fi couldn't connect at all – it felt like stepping back into the 2G era. Both pillows were completely pilled, and I don't understand why they haven't been replaced. The pillowcases were torn, which is one thing, but the pillow inserts were an absolute mess, looking like cheap items that have been used for years. I hope the management can address these issues and not let small things ruin the guest experience.

The room and interior design are fantastic, and the view is absolutely stunning. The hygiene was excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear. I'll definitely be back next time, everything was perfect. I loved staying again because it was so quiet at night, allowing for a deep and comfortable sleep.
