The whole apartment is super old , unpleasant smell ,have moldy toilet , unstable toilet seat and cracked wall everywhere in the apartment . Completely unmatched with the advertising photos .
Can’t bath our kids in their bath because full of mold . Very bad experience in this stay . We booked another night as well but decided to cancel it despite they are not refunding our money .

Check in was super confusing and disorganised. Booked two rooms but only received comms for a room. Super stressful to navigate around the area and trying to comms with the hosts.
One of the room has baby cockroach, another room has broken down air con. So my dad had to sleep outside in the living room.
That said, the service was okay for the price, really what you pay is what you get. Although I will never come back again.

The admin Kauser is nice and helpful. The room are with washing machine and dryers the location is convenient too the MCD is just walking distance

The services provided by the team was good, but this is my first time need to pay for the pool and gym if you want to use it. The air conditioner not working properly. Overall 7/10.

Free and Easy trip.
Hotel is strategically located in the heart of KL. Chrck-in process is a little cumbersome. Overall Value for money.

pros: room was spacious, clean and maintained, air conditioning available for living rooms and the 2 bed rooms. There are 2 convenience stores in the building which helps if you want a quick snack or get something you forgot to bring. The team is also very accommodating and tried to help me to check in early. there is a pool that is accessible
for use. Check out was a breeze. Wifi and carpark available
Cons: The amenities stated that gym access is provided. As of date of this review, the gym has closed off its facilities due to lack of funding. Gym is well equipped but cannot use
Notes: Just a point to note that rm300 deposit is needed.
