Wonderful stay at this hotel, good hospitality and the breakfast is awesome. View from our room at 104 floor was amazing ! no other hotel can give such pleasure. Only set back is the merdeka mall isn’t ready yet and no convenient store nearby, the skylounge at level 114 isn’t ready yet, other than that is all perfect 👌🏻 Manager in charge is very kind and off course all their staffs are well trained ☺️

Room was very spacious and the view wow was amazing. Amenities are new and everything you’ll need is there. Breakfast quality was superb ! Kudos to the receptionist Farisha and waitress at Cacao Mixology Aishah for their friendly and attentive services. Will definitely come back again !

Booked the Park Deluxe Suite and stayed for 2 nights. The room is decent and spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. It is currently the highest hotel in Kuala Lumpur. You get to enjoy the vibe and city view from night to daytime. The lobby is located on the 75th floor, and the elevator 🛗 moves fast enough; you might need to learn how to decompress the ear pressure once you are up in the hotel.

We had looked forward to this new and upscale property from Hyatt especially on New Year’s Eve. Overall, it was a pleasant stay high in the clouds, breakfast was great, room was well appointed. Staff were super friendly, hopefully this is maintained out of the genuine warmth and service to every guest. However, we were quickly brought down to reality when our room had a power trip - twice on the same night. Our room was changed to another by the kind AFOM. Service was prompt and professional despite the festivities in the hotel that night. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at the Park Hyatt KL in future.

1. Deaign and facilities are perfect. 2. Steak house taste and service was the one of the best in the world. 3. Bad part was about people and service in the ground and lobby. 4. Female changing room was very dirty while male changing room was good. 5. Swimming pool view was fantastic but allowing women with long hairs in the pool was terrified considering environmental sanitation.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and bright. The service was excellent. We stayed on the 106th floor, which offered an unobstructed, panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur. It was a fantastic experience!
