Kuala Lumpur Anggun Residences Service Suites by gravity

I had a pleasant stay at Anggun Residence Service Suite KL. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short trip. I really appreciated the modern design and city views from the room — it felt like a mini getaway in the middle of KL! The building facilities were excellent! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout. Location-wise, it’s convenient and central — close to restaurants, shops, and only a few minutes' drive to KLCC. It also short walking distance to Medan tuanku monorail. Highly recommended for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and value for money in KL city.

The water flow in the shower area isn’t working properly, the room is dusty, bad communication and there's no confirmation about swimming pool (under construction)

Parking Slot needs to turn 14 times to reach level 7. The digital lock is too hard to open, need to try many times. The shower area water cannot go down, it is flooded.

Its a very nice minimalistic apartment just nearby quill mall. Good thing - affordable as the location is really nearby jalan TAR. Parking is provided n spacious enough for big cars. No lift problem unlike certain aprtments. Minus point - can be really packed at night, and there are no crockery at all - glasses, cups etc. ⭐️⭐️ plus point - no deposit taken at all.

Would be better if cups and cutlery are provided
