Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and the location was extremely strategic for convocation. You literally step out of the hotel and walk straight into the hall. Once I received my convocation date, I immediately booked this place and it was the best decision ever. The room was spacious and comfortable. Service was decent, but I found it odd that the reception only operates from 7am to 7pm. After that, they close and lock the lobby, which becomes quite inconvenient. Guests have to enter through a farther entrance after 7pm and go up and down multiple staircases just because the main lobby is locked. It’s very hazardous for children, especially because the staircase design is quite unusual. Even the hallway leading to the rooms has multiple random steps, honestly questionable design. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom had some mould, and the sink area really needs a proper scrub.
