Facilities: Very convenient, the room comes with bowls and chopsticks, and there's a microwave for heating food. Hygiene: Very clean, the cleaning staff are very dedicated and responsible. Environment: The apartment's location is excellent, with lots of greenery in the downstairs lounge area. Service: The security guards downstairs are very good, and the platform's customer service is high quality. I'll definitely book again next time!

The room was very neat and clean. The rooftop has an infinity pool with panoramic views of the Petronas Towers, which are stunning both day and night. It's definitely worth a visit and great for photos. A fantastic choice for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur!

The apartment is in an excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The security is great, as card access is required everywhere. The room itself is spacious and clean, equipped with a washing machine and water purifier, which is very handy. Both the room and the rooftop pool offer fantastic views of the Twin Towers, making it perfect for families and friends traveling together.

Traveling with kids, the room was very clean and the night view was beautiful.

Great views! The room was spacious and very kid-friendly. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers, and the infinity pool is amazing – even better at night. We could walk to the Twin Towers, and our family of four had a comfortable stay.

Not sure why, but there was a musty smell. I thought the price offered good value for money, but then I found out it's actually cheaper to book directly through their official service. It's self check-in, and you absolutely have to wait until after 3 PM. The pool was super crowded.
