Scarletz KLCC @ Apartments By Edwin 【Located KLCC + 6mins Kuala Lumpur Tower（KL Tower） 】

This stay was the worst out of so many places that I stayed. This apartment is managed by another party who gives instructions to the front desk to release the key to occupiers. Despite me telling them my estimated arrival timing which is around the check-in time, only 1 room was ready after I arrived 1 hr after the time I provided. I had to wait for more than 30 mins for the next room to be ready and that was after I kept messaging the managing party and liaising with the front desk. Went up to the room and the room condition was terrible. Holes on the chair, cabinet door cannot close properly. Peeling paints, mural, scratches all over the stove top. Door safety lock missing. Shower foam put in a bottle labeled dish detergent. No floor mat provided. The other room had several conditions and bottles in the bathroom has no labels and one bottle even cracked and all contents leaked out. Cockroaches were found the next day as well. I really won’t recommend staying there plus it’s not really cheap.

Flew to KL from Singapore for one night. Stayed one night in room 13A15 on 5th Sept. The next day afternoon after i checked out, my body starts to get itichy. Initially I thought those were mosquito bites but they didn't go away even the day after next. Then I googled and consult a doctor, these were bed bug bites which will last one to two weeks. I can't sleep at night due to the consistant itchiness. Avoid this hotel.

The location is good. Host is very responsive, check in process is easy. Parking space plenty with very affordable price. The room was spacious and clean. Aircond works well. There’s a big refrigerator, microwave and also water dispenser in the room. Drinking glass provided but utensils and plate is not provided All in all room is pleasant (-) points There is only 4 unit of elevator for the whole 60 level and it is very hard to go up or down, especially during peak hours. Some guest even use stairs to go down during check out.

I’ve stayed at Scarletz a few times before, but this was my first time booking an apartment hosted by Edwin, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve had at Scarletz. There were cockroaches everywhere, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The lifts were another major issue. During our stay, we had to wait more than 20 minutes for the lift almost every time, especially during peak hours. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating.

Great Stay in the Heart of the City. We stayed in Deluxe twin room with 2 double beds. It was luxurious indeed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making our stay very relaxing. The location is strategic, walking distance to KLCC, and close to the famous Nasi Kandar Pelita. The swimming pool was unexpectedly awesome view of the Pertronas Towers & KL Tower . Myfamily LOVE IT. It was a truly awesome experience. Highly recommended and will come back again ❤️❤️
