Staff are kind and friendly. The room is clean. Service is fast. It really makes things easy for customers. I contacted them via WhatsApp and they accommodated all my requests. It's an 800-meter walking distance to Pavilion. I will repeat my stay and this will be my favorite hotel in KL ❤️

Location and unit itself is perfect however sink is always clogged and aircon in one room is dripping. Has been repaired but still dripping. Sink is mostly clogged. Admin offered another unit but then remembered they are fully booked 😅 so we have no choice but to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Cavera Bukit Bintang! The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable getaway. What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast might vary depending on personal preference. Room cleaning isn't done unless you request it. One of the elevators was broken, leading to longer waiting times. All the hotel staff were kind and helpful. The view is beautiful.

Everything was almost perfect – clean and well-arranged. We slept very well and had a beautiful view from the 18th floor. The only downside was finding crawling insects near the microwave, and one even wandering around. This could have justified a room change, but we didn't want to be difficult, as it was still very good overall. There was also a slight, unpleasant odor coming from the toilet/shower area. The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly welcoming, pleasant, kind, and always smiling. They showed great humanity. We will definitely come back!

I had a very comfortable stay, but on the last night, I saw a cockroach near the sink! I think something needs to be done about that. Other than that, everything was great. It was a very comfortable stay with excellent value for money. I especially loved the bedding; I slept incredibly well.

Good and comfortable for 4 adults, 2 toilets available. however cleanliness is subpar, with roaches sighting everywhere in the unit. kitchen with pesticides smell upon every return. hotel promised a deep clean but return to more dead and bigger roach near sofa and on kitchen floor
