The most important thing was that the water heater was broken! That's really unacceptable. They only told me about the deposit right before check-in (a bit of a rip-off; they only provided check-in details after I paid the deposit). The air conditioning downstairs wasn't cold, and the AC in the room was leaking. It's definitely a bit old.

Unit was okay except there is small cockroaches around the pantry area. Mainly stayed here to take photos around the interior. Good stay overall.

The room and the view were beautiful; I stayed here specifically to experience the stunning jacuzzi pod. I was very satisfied with my 3-day, 2-night stay and might return in the future.

Stayed at Arte Mont Kiara for an exhibition nearby, and it was a great choice. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to rest after a busy day at the exhibition. Do note that a RM100 deposit is required upon check-in.

Very bad experience. First of all, we could not check into the room at 3pm. Instead, the customer service claimed that the housekeeper had not finish cleaning the apartment as the previous tenants had made a big mess. Secondly, the mattresses are sunken and give us a backache. Thirdly, the door knob of the small room is broken. Fourthly, the kettle is broken. Fifthly, we were unable to contact the customer service by WhatsApp calls. She blamed it on the phone service. A lotsa of ants and the floor felt sticky. Bad experience
