There was a damp and musty smell. The first room they gave us had disgusting peeling paint and mold. And when I asked for a pillow, it smelled like someone else's scalp, like someone had already slept on it 🤯🤯🤯. It was a nauseating smell. I highly don't recommend it. Besides the good location, there's nothing else positive to say. Parking is also difficult if you have a car.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Lalaport. The overall environment and service are great, and there's also parking available outside. It offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Great location and very nice staff. Room is clean. Only comment is that the toilet should be fully tinted glass for privacy. also use white silicon on the glass gaps and not translucent

A disappointing budget stay. I had to switch rooms due to a noisy aircon, only to end up in a cheaper room without a window despite paying extra for one. The aircon in the second room was also broken—the remote could only turn the temperature up, and I woke up sweating at 5:00am The location near Menara Eco was convenient, but I definitely won't be returning.

Not bad, I extended my stay twice. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful; they didn't discriminate even though my colleague couldn't speak English. Check-out was also very simple.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The hotel provides good value for money, and the staff were helpful. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a simple and affordable stay in the area.

Excellent accommodation for its price point. Conveniently located beside Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport. Many food options were available nearby too!

The room is clean and hotel location is just opposite lalaport shopping mall, very convenient. ICC Pudu hawker center is within 10 minutes walking distance.

We utterly enjoyed our stay except the last day when there was some guests who kept slaming the door. The sound proof was bad but it was generally quiet during our stay. It’s a 2 stars boutique hotel and I understand it can’t be comparable to a 4 or 5 stars hotel in term of cleanliness or amentities. It’s just my habit to wipe every surface I would place my things on and I found them dusty. Overall was above my expectation for boutique hotel. The hotel is located just opposite LaLaPort and Berjaya Times Square. On the same street, there are a lot of food options and convenience store. I would consider this boutique hotel again for same value paid $40/night or less.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to lalaport and time square mall. Value for money and budget hotel.

The location is nice, it’s very near to many KL attractions and malls. The cleanliness and service were acceptable for its price. However, the soundproofing was very bad, you can hear clearly the noises from people outside your door. And there's a night club besides the hotel. In midnight, you can hear them blasting the music and the room was literally shaking.

Great hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended!

It's a basic hotel with minimum amenities. Location is good as it is near the lalaport bbcc if you take bus from Singapore. Walking towards Bukit Bintang shopping area is easy for the young but not for old folks but can always call for ehailing rides which is very affordable.
