We had a pleasant stay at Ramada Encore Chinatown Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent—right in Chinatown with easy access to public transport, food streets, and key attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Cleanliness was generally good, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service met expectations. Amenities were average; they were adequate for a short stay but nothing exceptional. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money hotel, especially for couples looking for a comfortable stay in a central location.

Alots of India traveller, maybe the hotel is nearby the IndianTemple

Hotel stay and service is good except for strong smell of the burning incense of the temple nx door that lingers for hours. Hotel room is clean except for the bed headboard is v smelly , strong smell of sweat. I have to use material to cover to minimize the smell. Otherwise the staff service is excellent and helpful especially Raffat.

Best lobby ambassador/ bell man. I don’t the name (he is in charge during daytime 1-2 August!) - ether front desk are like here for family gathering not working! The guy with different uniform at the desk (duty manager?) doesn’t give a damn to guests LOL. nothing much to complain but thank you to the Mr. BELLMAN!!

The reception is friendly and nice, and the location is great, right next to a Hindu temple. Just note that rooms without windows are quite small.

Room is nice and clean only expensive

A hotel located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, offering a strategic location with easy access to many tourist attractions such as Bukit Bintang, Central Market, Chinatown, Masjid Negara, KLCC, and many more. However, the hotel management should consider providing a prayer room (surau) for Muslim guests.

I stayed at Hotel Ramada, which is located in a very convenient area — 7‑Eleven and KK Supermall are just nearby. For vegetarian food lovers, there are also quite a few options in the vicinity, which was a big plus.However, our overall experience was disappointing. The service quality did not meet expectations, and the staff’s behavior was not as professional or helpful as we had hoped. Thankfully, the trip.com team assisted us with resolving some issues during our stay.Another major concern was the lack of safety and comfort. The neighboring rooms were extremely noisy, with people hammering, shouting, and evven in the nights — something no guest would want to experience on a relaxing trip.Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel needs serious improvement in service quality, guest experience, and sound control.

A very nice hotel in the heart of kuala lumpur. Highly recommended to stay here

Located in Chinatown. The hotel is near metro/LRT station also with Petaling Street where you can buy cheap souvenir items. The hotel is near Hindu Temple so the hotel guests mostly Indians. Overall not bad for 3 stars hotel.

Good location closer to train stations and restaurant Value for money

Good location. Near by 7-11. But we stay there 3 nights, housekeeping didn’t clean my room once. We requested to get the new towels and 2 bottles of water. Reception told me they gonna give us. But nobody appears.

There is a indian temple beside the hotel. Overall stay is ok. The staff is friendly. The hotel is full of Indian customers.

Can say average for staying at heart of the city. Thanks for the team to hardwork
