I would like to share my feedback. This is a five-star hotel, but during my stay, I encountered an issue with my room door. I went out three times, and each time I returned, the same problem occurred — the door would not open easily, and I had to try multiple times before it finally opened.
I reported this to the front desk, and they said they would send someone to check and fix it. However, when the maintenance staff came, he just scanned the card several times until the door opened, and then he left without explaining or repairing anything. I found this quite disappointing.

Absolutely outstanding stay at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur! From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty—every staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is unbeatable, Pavilion across the road and closer to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers making it perfect for both sightseeing and shopping. I booked two room and get complementary Upgrade to Executive suites My room exuded pure luxury, with a supremely comfortable bed and a deep soaking bath that was simply perfect after a day out. Every detail, from the immaculate housekeeping to the flawless service, reflects true 5-star hospitality. I loved every moment and left feeling completely pampered. Breakfast simply the best 👍🏻 JW Marriott sets the gold standard for luxury and comfort—I can’t wait to return!

Thank You so much for the warmth welcome. I’m glad & delighted that I was upgraded to a better room with a scenic view of Bukit Bintang. The amenities & shoppings are just walking distances. A lot of local foods that we able to dine.
The Hotel breakfast includes Western & Locals Malaysian Foods that you can enjoy..
Highly recommended to travellers who looking for convenient accommodation at the heart of Bukit Bintang. I Will Rate JW Marriot 9.8/10 On their Service & Cleanliness.

The one bedroom suite is spacious, it’s consider one of the biggest room in the city center hotel. The staff is friendly, polite, helpful enough. The food is good, the location is just so convenient.

Perfectly located in Bukit Bintang, right across Pavilion Mall — ideal for shopping and dining lovers. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with friendly service and good facilities. We also got free room upgrades to executive room. Check in was fast and self checkout also really helpful
Overall, a classy and convenient city stay — great for comfort and location, just short of top-tier luxury.

Jst Difficult for parking the car . Overall perfect. Convenience goto shopping mall PAVILION , Walking can went to Changkat Bukit Bintang. Many foods can choice & eat.
