Always as good as the previous worldwide experiences I. Four seasons hotel.

The room was adequately clean, and the hotel's location was convenient. However, the service was truly awful. I waited on the ground floor for ages to get my luggage, but no one was there. When I went to find a staff member, they completely ignored me. They were just standing around, seemingly doing nothing, and no one offered to help with my bags! For the previous two nights, I had stayed at the Ritz-Carlton; while the hotel's ambiance was just average, the service there was genuinely excellent.

The overall environment felt a bit dated. This was my first time experiencing a Four Seasons that didn't live up to its usual standard; the stay wasn't as good as other Four Seasons properties. Overall, I found it to be just average, and the price didn't match the experience.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely friendly—not the overly formal type, just nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had that “wow” factor with the huge windows and amazing KLCC view. The bed was super comfortable too, which made the stay even better.

My stay in the room was wonderful. Everything was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The furniture and appliances were in great condition, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant smells. It was quiet and perfect for rest. I was very impressed and would be happy to stay here again.

It took about 20 minutes to be delivered my luggage by a bellman to my room after I checked in. I checked in advance operating hours of steam room in the fitness club and confirmed that it would be operated from 6:00 a.m., but the door of the fitness club was not opened at 6:10 a.m. and asked to open the door through the operator. The door was opened at 6:15 a.m. but the steam room was not warm at all. I waited for 10 minutes there but it did not become warm. So I asked staff whether it is operated or not. The staff told me it was on. I decided to have breakfast first, and came back one hour later but it was not still warm at all. It may be broken. These issues made my stay uncomfortable.

1. The electric curtains in the room kept getting stuck. Someone came to fix them once, but they got stuck again the next day. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull them manually. 2. The room key card for the elevator kept demagnetizing. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to renew it at least three times. 3. The hairdryer was placed in a very hard-to-find spot. 4. The pillows were too soft, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. All these little issues made my stay very frustrating. I felt like I was constantly solving problems instead of getting proper rest. I won't be booking this Four Seasons hotel again.

Great room, great location, great service. Right next to the Petronas Towers, and there are four restaurants too~~ Everything was perfect!

Facilities: Well-equipped and quite new. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Very convenient for getting around. Service: Excellent! We were traveling with our 7-year-old, and they upgraded us to a suite with an extra bed – what a pleasant surprise! Breakfast had a lot of options, but as someone with a 'Chinese palate,' I didn't particularly enjoy them. However, the ingredients seemed to be of good quality.

What a fantastic Service & Hotel. The Service is perfect and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. There is something for every taste. The dinner buffet offers a wide selection of delicacies that taste excellent. Anyone who criticizes this hotel must have been in a particularly bad mood because there is nothing to criticize.

Awesome stay at Four Seasons KL and location is right on the spot at Suria KLCC, the park view towards the KLCC lake is fabulous.
