Service was exceptional. The room was big and great. Bed was very comfortable. Lounge had light refreshments, good for a quick bite. Cons: the curbs in and out of the toilets were of awkward height, easily missed. Other than this, everything was good.

The service and location are really good and convenient to reach around the city center of kuala lumpur.

Renaissance hotel kl is located in the heart of city centre KL.Very convenient to go visiting KL ,LRT station “Bukit Nanss”is in front of hotel.Check in very fast and staffs are helpful and friendly.they upgrade my room to suite with some decoration happy birthday.Room is big ,comfortable and quiet.The pool is big and is fun for adult guests and children too.will stay again next time.

This hotel is relatively new among the 5-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur. It has an outdoor pool that my kids really enjoyed. The breakfast selection isn't huge, and the restaurant is quite small. No one at the hotel speaks Chinese, so I had to communicate in my broken English the whole time, haha! The service attitude was excellent though. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The location is super convenient! It's right in the city center. There are durian stalls and 'mamak' stalls just across the street! It was pouring rain the day we arrived, but because it was so close, we were still able to enjoy the durian and all sorts of delicious food! The kids' water park was amazing, with so many slides, so the children really enjoyed every day here 😊

Hotel facilities average, kid friendly hotel, breakfast good. Executive suites stayed, Other all doesnt match with 5 star hotel standard, especially the room with lower floor, can't sleep from from 12am with the road side sound, won't return for second time for sure

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room facilities are great. It's very close to the subway station, with a 7-Eleven right across the street. You can even see the Petronas Towers and the TV tower from the room. We booked a twin room plus an 0.8-meter sofa bed. We asked for an extra blanket, but the front desk said they didn't have any left for the day. There were some street racers speeding by late at night. The hotel's water park also looked pretty good.

This was the most satisfying hotel we stayed at during our trip to Singapore and Malaysia. In terms of hardware, the room was spacious, the price was excellent, the location was superb, and the facilities were complete. For the software side, the staff's professionalism was outstanding. Having stayed in numerous hotels, and due to my professional habit of observing hotel management and staff service, I can say that the staff here excelled in guiding guests and providing concierge services. Moreover, it happened to be my husband's birthday during our stay, and after some communication, they thoughtfully prepared a small cake and birthday wishes, which added a wonderful surprise to a birthday spent in a foreign land.

This hotel shares its playground, several bars, swimming pool, water park, and kids' play area with the Four Points by Sheraton. The swimming pool, water park, and children's playground are all very large, making it especially suitable for a half-day stopover.

I think i had a high expectation after seeing the videos on Tiktok. So when we were there, the amenities were underwhelming. The kids splash pool area was a bit small. & there is no other kids friendly area. There was no amenities for kids in the room. I expected more as it is marketed as a kids friendly / family hotel. Service was okay. Overall, good value for money if you got it RM300-RM400 per night. More than that, i would say theres other hotels thats may worth better.

Very close to the Petronas Twin Towers, and right next to Bukit Nanas MRT station, making it super convenient for getting around. The service was good, and the room wasn't small. The sofa bed was actually quite spacious too, easily accommodating an older child.

All is excellent. A truly top-class stay for families. The room was very clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the food was delicious with a great variety. Service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location is very convenient and easy to access. The kids’ pool with the slide and the playground were fantastic. Our children really enjoyed their time and had so much fun staying here, which made our family trip even more memorable. This was our first time staying here, and we were very impressed. We will definitely return whenever we are in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended.

We booked three consecutive nights. On the first day, the front desk lady informed us of a room upgrade to one facing the KL Tower. However, by 6 or 7 PM, the noise became unbearable, so I went downstairs to request a room change, but was told no other rooms were available. Yet, throughout the day and into the evening, I noticed very few other guests on our floor. Close to midnight, the sound of motorcycles outside was so loud that neither adults nor children could sleep. After complaining to the front desk, we were moved to a higher floor overlooking the pool around 12 AM. The next morning, I was too exhausted to go out, so after breakfast, we decided to spend the day recovering at the hotel. That evening, while my husband was in the bathroom, water suddenly started pouring from the ceiling, soaking his clothes and the floor. Maintenance confirmed it couldn't be fixed immediately, and again, we had to switch rooms at midnight. It was truly a hassle. Overall, the staff's responsiveness and enthusiasm were not impressive. The maintenance of facilities and the service attitude and efficiency definitely do not meet five-star standards. We booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and they were generally good. The first night was a simple Western set menu, while the following two nights offered a seafood buffet with a good variety of options.

This hotel is amazing, with excellent facilities. It's perfect for families with kids, as it has two dedicated waterslides for children. The pool view is fantastic, and the hotel also offers a bar and a Chinese restaurant.
