On my grubbed birthday i decided to treat him to a staycation in KL for one night. I chose this hotel because of the convenience location between KLCC and Pavilion. I request the hotel to prepare small token for the birthday boy. The hotel didn’t failed to deliver. They serve a slice of cake and a birthday card. Made the birthday boy really happy. Sometimes it’s not the luxury of your facility, vast spread of breakfast buffet (although I have to say it’s impressive). It’s the little gesture to acknowledge the customer happy moment. Thank you and I will return again (not because the free cake tho)

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Turn left out of the door and you're at Pavilion Mall, turn right and you'll find plenty of delicious food spots. It's also very close to the night market, basically within walking distance. The hotel room had a clean, soapy scent, which I found quite comforting. The toiletries were Dove, which was a nice touch. Oh, and by the way, the hotel breakfast is actually quite varied, though there might not be many options that specifically cater to Chinese tastes, just something to keep in mind.

Friendly Staff & Great Service The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during check-out. There was an issue regarding a missing hairdryer, but we honestly didn’t use it during our stay. My husband did notice the hairdryer bag in the room the day before, but we didn’t check whether the hairdryer was actually inside. We explained the situation to the staff, and they were very understanding and did not accuse or blame us at all. We even checked and unpacked our luggage in the lobby waiting area, but we really couldn’t find it. We really appreciate how professionally and kindly the staff handled the situation. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the service ☺️☺️

The location is truly excellent, directly opposite Pavilion and less than a 5-minute walk away. There are two or three convenience stores downstairs, and it's close to both Bukit Bintang and KLCC. The only minor downside was the lack of bottled water in the room, but everything else was very satisfactory.

Pretty good, excellent value for money. It's very convenient for getting to the surrounding shopping malls. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. The breakfast is decent and quite varied. This was the most value-for-money hotel on our Malaysia-Singapore trip. Oh, and the AC in the room can be set as low as 10 degrees Celsius, which is amazing!
