A hidden gem in Kuala Lumpur. The design is elegant and modern, creating a calm and luxurious vibe. The room was spotless and cozy, with excellent amenities. Service was outstanding—staff were attentive and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind while still being close to the city. Highly recommended for both leisure and staycations.

Overall of this hotel is love!! But anyhow the problem is that it took a lot of elevator changes from going to lobby them to the rooms. And at times we used the MRT alot so after hitting ground, we have to go back to level 1 using another elevator. This is the only cons of this hotel but other than that is totally superbb 🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Everything about Alila was a 10/10. From staff, to the room, to the cleanliness and just to the overall aesthetics. Our stay has been pretty amazing and we loved every bit of it. The only con is that you gotta take one lift to the lobby before another lift to your rooms but once you get used to it, it’s pretty much fine. Would definitely stay here again! I’ve already recommended this stay across all our friends. Loved it :)

Conveniently located next to Bangsar LRT station. Huge clean rooms. However the gym is rather small. Walking distance to Bangsar Village with many eateries and retail shops

Two major issues: hygiene and noise. The hygiene really doesn’t meet five-star standards — there was a bad smell on the pillow, black spots on it, and even some white residue on the glass panels, which was quite unpleasant. The towels also smelled musty. The hotel definitely needs to raise its cleaning standards significantly. The second problem is the noise. You can constantly hear the sound of water running through the pipes. I’m sure the staff are aware of it but pretend it’s not an issue. When someone takes a shower in the early morning or late at night, you can clearly hear the water passing through the pipes. It seems like a structural problem with the building, which may be hard to fix — but the hotel should address it properly rather than simply offering earplugs.
