It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Rooms were very big, beds comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a pool, but you have to pay 25rm and it’s single entry, but water was so good and clear. There is a metro station nearby, around 9-10 mins walk from the hotel, so the location is also convenient.

SO BAD not recommend to stay here 1. The hotel changed our room type without any mention, we found it after we check in. Cuz they said that they were out of this room type and then they changed our room without any earlier mention. 2. Since we booked 2 king size beds cus we have 4 people to stay, one of us have to sleep on the sofa. 3. One of the reason that we choose this hotel is because it guaranteed that it is a 100% non-smoking property but the room is full of smoke smell. 4. One of the counter service was terribly rude, she just simply gave us the room key and a card but without telling us the use of the card. Since we were the first time stayed in this hotel, we didn't know the use of the card and be taught by a guard, not the counter. 5. We have three air-conds but two were broken, we had to wait for the next day morning for the repair since the technician was not around even though we found this problem at 5pm only.

Location is nice. But their front desk stuff was rude to us. I would never recommend this place since there is a plenty of similar ones.

I always have an amazing stay at the hotel. It’s a home away from home. So welcoming, right in the city center, the views from the top are spectacular. Easy to locate and the pool is one of the best pools I have seen in my entire life. I highly recommend. 🌸🫰🏻

The rooms are okay but they should work on their customer service more. The pool area is nice .

Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money. The room came with a washing machine and dryer, and the shower area in the bathroom was a sunken design. The only downside was a slight smell. Everything else was fine. There's an infinity pool with views of the Petronas Towers, but it's not free. Since I later moved to a closer hotel, I didn't get to take photos at this hotel's infinity pool.

Room was comfy enough for a short stay of 2 nights. However, from the moment of check-in, there was a “sewage smell” in the bathroom - not sure where it was coming from but my hunch thinks it’s the sink. Also, simple amenities such as hand wash soap and floor cloth was not provided for the bathroom. Note that it’s not close to city centre. Floor was also slightly “dusty” for some reason.

Service was nothing special.I found some cockroaches at the bathroom.Must do more pest control.
