Its location is undeniably excellent, easily accessible from KL tower and the subway. However, the hotel itself is rather dirty, and the parking is extremely unsafe. There are many beggars in front of the hotel, so I wouldn't recommend it for a woman to stay alone. The service is also poor, mostly provided by foreign workers, whose attitudes are somewhat indifferent.

Right opposite Chinatown, and with a 7-Eleven downstairs, it's super convenient for grabbing anything you need. There are tons of restaurants all around too. We had heavy rain yesterday, but luckily the hotel was really close by so we didn't get too wet. We also caught some performances in Chinatown, but it was incredibly crowded.

The room hygiene is decent. I've stayed here a few times before. The location is very convenient, right next to Chinatown, and it feels pretty safe. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, a fried chicken place, and plenty of snacks in Chinatown.

This hotel has an absolutely perfect location if you want to spend time in Chinatown, as it is basically right across from the entrance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they offer luggage storage, and everyone was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were clean and not outdated, so overall the stay was more than sufficient for me. I had a very good impression and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a popular spot for influencers: an old-fashioned hotel right across from Petaling Street. The facilities are basic, but the front desk staff are polite. I had a minor issue with the bathroom, and they came to fix it right away. Housekeeping is done daily, and the cleanliness is on par with a 3-star hotel. The price is reasonable, making it suitable for travelers. The main downside is that the nearby snacks are a bit pricey, but they offer a fresh experience. Overall, I'd give it a thumbs up.

Room was so smelly. Air-conditioned did not work, complain about to resolve the issues but no one came up with Solution. Horrible breakfast. Restaurant host was very non-cooperative. Overall, very bad experience.

Absolutely uninhabitable, wouldn't even stay for free! I've already complained and received a full refund, but I'm still extremely dissatisfied.

Regarding the hotel, the rooms are carpeted, but the carpets were very dirty, with many visible stains. Walking on them caused skin irritation and itchiness. The first room we were assigned had a faulty air-conditioning unit, and we had to change to another room in the middle of the night. Overall, the environment was not very pleasant, especially the car park, which was very narrow and inconvenient.

This is my second time staying here. There is a 7-Eleven and Texas Chicken in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and the price is reasonable. The room size is good, but overall cleanliness was not satisfactory for me. When I first entered the room, there was a musty smell. There was also dust and some stains on the bedding, so I had to purchase a new pillow cover.

Room 215 had fleas or something that bit up our legs. The hotel moved us to a different room and the problem was resolved. Great location in the heart of Chinatown and near metro station. We stayed in the deluxe double room, which is large and the layout is very nice. Just be ready for worn out towels and pillows/linen and not the cleanest rooms. Great location, service, and price sort of makes up for the shortcomings

Okay. Ordinary hotel to stay. Cheap to save money. Room is clean. But bedsheet is smelly. No tooth brush provided. Dirty carpet but not smelly. Still ok
