Staying for a few days with family. What I noticed is that lack of some amenities like disposable room slippers and a kettle etc. it would be nice to have them instead of going downstairs for hot water. Also noticed the iPad is laggish, do take note of that. Parking is quite narrow with long and wide cars, so please be careful. But very adjecent to Jalan Alor so late night cravings is easy to solve.

parking is easy, convenient for solo staycation especially girl! Personally like the smart intelligence interface to control the curtain, light, AC, chrome cast!❤️😭 Room view also superb, zero complaints and I’m obsessed with it.🔥

Absolutely amazing!!! Huge bed, great environment!!! Facilities are comprehensive, and hygiene and service are excellent! I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

Good location , within walking distant to Jalan Alor, Pavilion , Lot 10 and China . The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly . The parking is free as some of the hotel nearby need to pay ! This room come with AI feature which is very cool and trendy !

First off, there's something off about the vibe of this hotel. I felt uneasy the moment I walked into the room, but I toughed it out. Then, around 4 AM that night, I suddenly couldn't breathe, got sick, and lost my voice. I originally booked two nights because of the good location, and my next stop was Penang. But since I fell ill so suddenly, I just wanted to get back home ASAP. So, I tried to check out early that morning, but the staff ignored my request. I went downstairs again later that morning to discuss it, but they still refused to refund the second night. Considering all their rooms were fully booked for the New Year, they could have easily re-sold it, but they showed no flexibility or compassion whatsoever. There was absolutely no service to speak of. I had no choice but to forfeit the second night's fee, checked out that day, and went back home to see a doctor. After checking, the main issue is that the hotel room is not well-ventilated; there are no windows, and there might be some germs inside. Also, the space is too small, and the air conditioning blows directly at you. I will definitely never stay here again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. Find somewhere else, or you'll find the toilet and shower areas ridiculously small – you can barely even use them.

Just a few minutes' walk from Alor Street Night Market, which is super convenient. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was really smart, with an iPad controlling the lights. Breakfast was good too. The decor and attention to detail were impressive. Perfect for tourists!

This hotel has a great artistic vibe. The front desk, which is just a few desks with computers, feels very modern. The rooms are controlled by tablets, making them smart-enabled. The room size is decent, and I appreciate the good anti-slip treatment in the bathroom. My only minor complaint would be the elevator floor display. As a first-timer in Malaysia, I didn't realize that the ground floor is labeled 'G'. The letter 'G' and the number '6' on the display look quite similar, so I initially mistook the 6th floor for the ground floor.

I chose to stay here for the Mayday concert at Bukit Jalil, and a lot of other fans were staying here too. It's a safe 10-minute walk to the metro station, which made getting to and from the concert super convenient. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and Jalan Alor is right behind the hotel. Getting a taxi was easy too. The Kuala Lumpur hop-on hop-off bus stop and the famous McDonald's intersection are both just a 10-minute walk away. The room was quite comfortable, and you can ask the front desk for slippers.

Wonderful hotel! Location was perfect with many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was super comfortable and well-designed! I can't wait to visit again!

First time in Kuala Lumpur, booked online, and it was pretty good! Very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. It's very quiet, my little one loved it, and the location is great. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Basic hotel - small room but generally clean. Provides lemon laced water. Very limited channels on TV so unable to watch AO 2026 & BWF Indo masters 2026. Sound proofing is good. Do not be misled by high floor as highest floor is 8th. Alor food street just round the corner to the left hotel on exit. At the fork, right side is Alor food street & left, plenty of alternative food joints & massage shops. Easy to book car via app to airport.

Came here for a solo staycation and had a great experience. The room is clean, quiet, and very suitable for a solo traveller. The location is convenient and within walking distance, with free parking available if you’re driving. It’s a smart room where everything can be controlled via the iPad. The staff are friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast.

Hotel location near to jalan alor night market. Surround hotel available convenient store 7-11 and KK mart. Everything in room control by ipad tablet. Room feels comfortable and great night stay here.

CitizenM hotel is a very convenient hotel. The location is very close to Alor Street, within walking distance. Plus, there's free parking 🅿️ which is really great, no need to search for parking nearby. The only downside is that the room type is indeed quite small, but it's very clean. The soundproofing isn't great, and the bathroom is tiny because of the small room size. Overall, it's pretty good, but the main drawback is that the view from our room type was really bad. The opposite building looked scary and dirty; I opened the curtains once and didn't dare to open them a second time. It's a bit of a shame that it's different from the views others posted 🥲. However, the staff here are also very friendly and polite. There are many food options, and they're quite tasty. I really loved the curry noodles, they were very fragrant.
