Not a bad place But I had high expectations, plus they didn’t give us toothpaste and toothbrushes, even when we asked them

There’s a lot of small cockroaches came out in toilet 😩 3/4 times during stay, while in bathroom, the cockroaches climbed up my body 😫 Please take note dear host. My previous stay under Wodages (other room) no issue. Their service quite good & fast response 👍🏻

Had an amazing stay. The host was kind and very helpful. Great location. Amazing infinity pool with a great view of the towers and the city. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed.

The apartment was well equipped but getting into it was a mission You have to contact the host which we hadn’t understood as we’d booked it as an apartment so assumed that it was normal checkin procedure On several days building work was carried out in the corridor t outside the apartment immediately outside our door this was from 7.30am the floor was dangerous as they had left it smashed up there was dust and noise mist days from these works which was not ok There was no notification about these work Also beware that there is a charge for the roof top pool and gym although there is a pool on level 8 that is free The roof top pool has great views but wasn’t happy to have to pay extra to use it

The location is great, but the staff is uncooperative. We stayed for 5 nights, but no housekeeping services were provided. Despite this, it's a very good place to stay.

For the price i had a good stay. The washing machine was very good.

Good stay , but the toilet night time got smell. And during that time unable to use the swimming pool. Overral is good and good view.

Very bad counter service

If you're looking for a cool and cosy area. The Signature Loft is definitely one that last an lasting impression. You get a good view as well as amenities. Best for a group of friends coming over to KL and have fun.
