My second stay at Four Points by Sheraton, this time bringing my partner along. We loved the location, conveniently located near Pasar Seni station and Chinatown. Lots of good food options around and super easy to get around! Images shared include food we had around the hotel area. We also used the hotel’s gym during our stay, which is sufficient albeit small.

Strategic location.
Car park with a subsidised flat rate of RM5.
Central Market is within walking distance.
We stayed on Level 10, Room 1019.
Eateries are easily accessible by foot.
Durian lovers will definitely recommend the Durich shop nearby.
However, I was unable to sleep well as the king-size bed mattress was too soft and did not provide adequate spinal support.

Return to this hotel again for the second time. Slow check in process but overall is good.

One of my favorites hotel for Marriot brand hotel.
Reasons:
1. Service was fast and good.
2. Location is close to touristism attraction.
3. Price of the hotel is reasonable.
4. Comfort room and facility.
5. Breakfast was nice and more choices. Environment very chill.
6. Hotel is quite new and clean.
Overall is meeting my higher expectations surprisingly.

Great customer service (doorman, front desk, housekeepers, breakfast buffet staff) and decent room (nice mural on the wall).
Only thing that can be improved was the breakfast buffet… Food quality was slightly below average.

Located near Pasar Seni Station and Petaling Street Market. Check in lobby, Swimming Pool and Gym are located on Level 7. Room size is huge and clean and the necessary amenities are provided.

Four Points by Sheraton Chinatown was exceptional! Both service and location are near perfect - service prompt and efficient while the location is nestled right in Chinatown which is near a myriad of fun places to explore. The pool at Four Points is wonderful. It was cold and that's such a treat during the hot sweaty Maylasian afternoons. The only negative thing about the pool is that it closes too early - 8pm. The breakfast is well done. There's an egg station where you can get eggs any way you like, cheeses, pastries, asian and western food, etc. The room we stayed in was huge for the price. The shower is very nice as the water pressure is there and you can move about as it's monster sized! The places to see outside, wow. Da Bao, RexKL, Concubine, Chocha - all with delicious food and cocktails. But beware, cocktails are sold here only after 4 or 5 in the afternoon. So, plan accordingly. Alas, this stay at Four Points by Sheraton is a go to destination.
