The location was excellent, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Just opposite Chinatown 1974 and Petaling Street, a perfect location. An Omakase restaurant at the door for fine food lovers. Clean, cosy and excellent service. Breakfast was great with lots of varieties. My best choice in future trip.

The location right near Petaling Street is great if you want that area to be a focus of your visit, but overall the dining experience was just OK. There were no 24/7 room service option which was tough for a late night arrival and the breakfast had a lot of variety but the quality was average.

I chose this hotel because I was running a marathon and it was close to the start and finish lines. This is a 4-star hotel in Malaysia with many branches, and it's not cheap. However, the basic facilities are not up to par. The bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom was small, with dirty and moldy grout. Compared to Hotel Royal Signature, which is similarly priced, their rooms are much larger and cleaner.

We have a comfortable stay. Quiet place for us to rest in the night. Near tourist spot and a lot restaurants surrounding. Nice place to see the Merdeka 118.

Coway fun run on 27/9 this morning in stadium merdeka. So good to stay four points just a walking distance to the stadium merdeka, indeed. Cosy n comfortable stay too!

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the famous 'Ghost Alley' (Kwai Chai Hong) and a variety of food spots. The front desk is located on the seventh floor. We requested to change to a family room, and not only did they accommodate our request, but they also assigned us to a floor with the best views.

Staff were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Location is superb with many famous eateries around and its so easy to get around. Amenities given a rating of 4 because the hair dryer in the room was broken and rattles when in use. However the hotel was very quick to replace it when i called up reception. Cleanliness is questionable. Grouting and siilicon seal in the bathroom is black with mold. Most critical issue was we found cockroach in the room on both nights that we were there even though the first one found on the first night was already disposed of.

It is a nice place to chill, relax, look at the twin tower, KLCC and an amazing view of Merdeka 118!

Absolutely amazing stay! We stayed at Four Points and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. We had asked the hotel if they could arrange something special for my husband and a friend's birthdays, and they absolutely smashed it! When we went into our respective rooms, we were completely blown away by the decorations. The time, effort and thought that had gone into setting everything up was way beyond what I expected. It was such a lovely surprise and made the birthdays feel really special. A special mention to Chin Yong, Front Office Supervisor, who was incredibly helpful in getting everything organised. His team at the front desk were also so kind and accommodating, even extending our checkout for us. A big thank you to Mannan from housekeeping, who did an awesome job setting up the rooms, and Aiman, the porter, who was also so helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and genuinely made us feel very welcome. The location was another big plus. There were so many cool cafés, restaurants and drinking spots right around the hotel that we were completely spoilt for choice. It was also central enough to get around the different areas of KL without having to spend an hour sitting in traffic. Overall, we had such a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Four Points Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

Located just right the chinatown! Very convenient for using public transportation like sky train or underground train!

Had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, Chinatown. The location is super convenient for exploring the local area, food spots, and getting around the city. The room was noticeably spacious, clean, and comfortable. Highlight of the stay was definitely the view—waking up to a direct view of Merdeka 118 was stunning, especially at night when lit up. Highly recommend requesting a room facing the tower. Would definitely return

The hotel is right next to Petaling Street, just a few minutes' walk away. There's an abundance of great food nearby, and it's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. The Ho Kow Hainam Kopitiam across the street is definitely worth queuing for. The hotel also has a pool and a gym.
