Aster+ Hotel Bukit Jalil

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked two rooms, and the windows in both rooms were damaged and could not be locked, which posed a serious safety risk. I originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to the extremely poor cleanliness and hygiene conditions, I decided to check out early and requested a refund. At first, the hotel refused to process the refund, claiming that I had not reported the issues at the front desk. After several discussions and considerable effort on my part to resolve the matter, they finally agreed to issue a refund. Overall, the room facilities, safety standards, and cleanliness were all highly disappointing and fell far below acceptable accommodation standards. I would not recommend staying here.

Very superppppp

Not recommended at all. The only good to talk about is the location only. The receptionist is terrible which requested a cash deposit and not even trying to help in fact asking me to walk & search atm machine by my self.

The location is near a subway station and there are convenience stores nearby. However, the hotel was not clean, the room facilities were damaged and not maintained, and one of the staff members had a bad attitude.
