I think they need to update their PC system software so the error doesn’t take much time to process. Fortunately the female front desk did compensate well for the long wait. Service side I can’t say it’s totally good but within acceptable. The room has a smells so kindly double check on the cleanliness during housekeeping work outs.

in the middle of nowhere with no easy assess (by walking distance) to food stalls, laundry, convenient store, etc.
room is small, bed sheet with blood stains, etc..

Not so clean especially bathroom so smelly and dirty. Room not tidy up already ask reception to clean but no action from them
